Responsibility :

1. Manage customer/clients

2. Provide technical response about product questions & trouble shooting of product

3. Provide technical training for new customer

4. Support and assist customer problem

Looking for candidate :

1. Graduated from electrical/mechanical engineering

2. Good analytical in electrical and mechanical trouble shooting

3. Good interpersonal skills (good attitude, self motivated, honestly, and confidence)

4. Able to work individually as well as in team

5. Having good communication & customer service skill

6. Willing to travel domestic and overseas

7. Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk – Jakarta Utara

8. Available immediately

Will be advantage :

1. Able to operate CAD Software

2. Having experiences in manufacturing industries or jewelry industries

3. Fluency in English both spoken oral & written

4. Mandarin skill

Salary will be 3.000.000 IDR – 6.000.000 IDR
