Indonesia Power was established on October, 1995 with the name of PT PLN Pembangkitan Jawa Bali I (PT PJB I).In October 3, 2000, PT PJB I changed its name into Indonesia Power as an emphasis on the Company’s goal to be an independent electricity power generation Company with pure business orientation. Indonesia Power is the second largest electricity power generation Company in Indonesia with share ownership which covers one share 1 series and 5,199,999,998 share 2 series owned by PT PLN (Persero), and one share 2 series owned by PT PLN (Persero) Education and Welfare Foundation.
Indonesia Power holds important role in supporting the availability of electricity in Java and Bali by operating various power plants with total installed capacity of 8,996.11 MW and net production capacity of 8,192.67 MW. In addition, Indonesia Power also operates power plants in Sumatera and Kalimantan with total installed capacity of 102 MW and net production capacity of 99.99 MW, as well as leased power plant in Bali with total installed capacity of 125 MW and net production capacity of 124.93 MW.
PT Indonesia Power, a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) is a Power Generation Company which manages ± 13,792 MW power plants spread across Indonesia. Currently we are opening career opportunity for the best candidates to join our team for following positions:
Operator / Technician
Qualifications
- Male
- Not married and willing to not get married during their Pre-service Training Program
- Born in 1988 and thereafter
- Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) 2.75
- An applicant is only allowed to apply for 1 position according to their education leve and major
- Diploma 3 graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Instruments Engineering
- Sound mind and body to perform job duties in power plants
- Good behavior is expressed by the Police Notes (SKCK)
- Not color blind partial / total
- Drug-Free
- Willing to be placed throughout the Unit of PT Indonesia Power
- Not an employee of PT PLN (Persero) and its subsidiaries
